WHRF was established in 1977 to acquire, develp and manage real estate in Walnut Hills community. WHRF has developed and managed over 450 units of housing and 100, 000 square feet of commercial/ retail space. Construction projects nearing $2.6 million dollars are currently underway to include the six-unit Taft Road Townhomes and the eight-unit Jonathan Meadows Townhomes.

The WHRF target area includes the Digital Village, an endeavor to make the Walnut Hills community a destination spot for users of technology to both work and live. The concept is materializing with the creation of a high tech business center, and plans to develop attractie, affordable and technologically "smart" homeownership opportunities.
